Blacklite Solutions is committed to providing exceptional cleaning services. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Therefore, we have implemented the following refund policy:

  • No Refunds for Completed Services: Once a cleaning service has been completed to your satisfaction, no refunds will be issued.

  • Rescheduling and Cancellations:

    • If you need to reschedule a cleaning service, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

    • If you cancel a cleaning service within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee may be charged. The amount of the cancellation fee will depend on your location and the specific services requested.

  • Unsatisfactory Service: If you are dissatisfied with the cleaning service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of the completion of the service. We will investigate the matter and make every effort to rectify the issue. If we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.

  • Force Majeure: In the event of a force majeure event, such as a natural disaster or government-imposed restrictions, we may be unable to provide the scheduled cleaning service. In such cases, we will offer to reschedule the service or provide a full refund.
